Here are Jabin & Evan after we decorated a branch with

Mr. Twigster and a Used Dryer Sheet

Now I have to do some more Laundry because I need the used dryer sheets to make more of these cute Mr. Twigster Cards!! {not that my job is ever done!}
Here is what I did...
Stamp on Whisper White Card Stock with Jet Black StazOn ink.Color the stamped image with your Many Marvelous Markers.
{If you don't have them you can order them through me!!}
And Did YOU know that the lines on the Marker represent the tip thickness??
I hate to ADMIT this... but I didn't! My friends JUST pointed it out to me!
{After how many years I just learned that?! :) hehehee} On an extra pc of paper, spray the Whisper White pc {lightly!} with Craft Bond.
Then lay the used dryer sheet on top of the Stamped and lightly sprayed pc and press it down.Trim off the extra dryer sheet.Layer that pc on your card.I added the Dazzling Diamonds Glitter with a 2 Way Glue pen. And so I was not TOTALLY covered in glitter I tapped the extra glitter off. Then I took my card outside to get the rest of the extra glitter off the card.

He is SO cute!
Sorry, but this is NOT one of the projects...however I will have this there to look at!
Thanks for looking! If you liked the card, leave me a comment on *this* post. I will draw a name and the winner will get One Card like this one shown and another surprise with Mr. Twigster on it! I will draw a winner on November 1st, 2008 at Noon.
Good Luck! :)

Oct 20th Bitty Birthday Bash

Last night was my Bitty Birthday Bash Stamp Class. Each person got the Bitty Birthday Set and made 5 projects using that set. As you can see we had fun!! I have to go clean that up after I post this!! :) I left my "Sample" ideas very basic so that the "Stampin' Ladies" could {for one time ONLY! Ha!} be creative on their own.
Mini B~Day Album

Envelope with Ribbon Tags

{The ribbons are actually Ornament Hangers I found at Menards last week}

B~day Banners

{Wood Dowels from Menards, my SWEET Husband cut them in 1/2 for me!}

"Spring~Up" Card
We made another project, a little orange tin with treats in it...However mine is missing {?} so I couldn't take a picture of it today. If I find it I will "add" the Picture! :) Maybe it will show up when I get the table clean?!?!?

We also had some yummy cupcakes for a treat!!

Evan worked on this and had to have Gramma Kathy hold it so he could "take a picture"! {Hmmm...I wonder where they get that from???}

Jabin made a Monkey puppet.

Thanks "Stampin' Ladies" for the Fun Night! :)

back to "normal"??

Last week was a busy week around here with Greg being home.
We worked on a number of things, blown~in insulation in the attic,
putting in exhaust fans, new light switches and wood cutting. I got some staining done. Greg did most of the work, I was mostly "On~Call". :)
The biggest thing was getting retaining block started, forms made and getting the ground level, so Greg could pour the cement slab for the walk~out basement.
{He needs that done to finish the siding.}
Saturday was the BIG DAY...
and wouldn't you know I woke up with a migraine headache!!
Jabin brought me a cup of crackers, in bed, because I felt SO sick!!
I had Greg's family coming over and the cement truck coming...
so I had to "suck it up" and deal with it!! Plus, I had to make lunch for the Crew!!
It was a bit scary with the truck RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW GOING DOWN THE HILL!!! Grandma KC was freaking out!! :)

{I am in the black hooded sweatshirt by the post!}
It was Grandma KC's birthday Friday so we HAD to have a party
and CELEBRATE on Saturday!! :)
We made a cake and the Boys & Grandma decorated it while the rest of us were outside.

{Who's birthday is it?? Poor Grandma didn't even get to blow out her own candles!!}

Back to it!! Now I have to get ready for tonight!! It is my Bitty Birthday Bash night!! So watch for a post tomorrow with pictures of what we made!! :)

"Vacation" Time

Greg is on "Vacation" this week so we are working on the house. He is keeping me busy! :)
{Yes, my dear friends I am getting some window trim & base boards stained!!}
Today we ran to Menards and we had Lunch at MY FAVORITE Place...CHIPOTLE!!!
I might not post much the rest of the week, so I just wanted to let you know ahead of time!

I'll share a picture of Evan & Jabin taken in our backyard!

After I took the one of them, I was letting the boys take their own Fall Pictures.

Evan took this picture of Greg.

Greg has been cutting wood for the burner!

That is a GOOD Thing since I am a freeze baby!!

Jabin took this picture of Evan. Let's just say he is VERY MAD, because it was his turn with the camera and he wanted it, and Jabin wasn't handing it over!!!

{You can see in the background some of the work we are trying to get done this week!! ;)}

I found some Cool things to use for stamping at Menards...I'll share later!

Have a good week!

October 12th Hostess Luncheon

Sunday October 12th was my Hostess Luncheon!
The make~n~take was this:

I have to say all the "Stampin' Ladies" did a better job on their cards!
I should have taken pictures!! :)
Joy was the Hostess with the Top sales of the quarter!! Congratulations!!
This was her gift from me!!

I do {heart} all of My Hostesses!!
I made each Hostess one of these...

Dessert!

I made S'More Bars, and added a "corny" line about being a Hostess in October, November, or December so we can

"Have S'More fun in January at the next Luncheon!"

Thanks for putting up with me "Stampin' Ladies"!! I have so much fun with you all!

On a Side note this was a dangerous day... Bonnie burned her thumb on a candle holder and Ann cut her thumb with the Paper Snips!! OUCH!! :(

Thank~goodness Ann comes prepared with Band~Aides!

I hope you are both doing better today!

Wed & Thurs Stamp Club Cards

Here are the cards we made last week...
With Gratitude I "cased" this card from one I found *here*.
Wonderful You

Party Hearty

I "cased" this card that I seen *here*.

I love this Party Hearty set...It is on sale this month with a $20 purchase!!
Let me know if you need more information!
Evan made this picture for his Dad on Thursday Night:

That is worth a FEW points don't~cha~think!

Stampin' with Evan & Jabin

The other day the boys were stampin'. So I caught them in the act on video!! :)

It started when they saw a pumpkin that I stamped all orange, even the stem & vine. Evan asked for that stamp and he grabbed the orange & green markers. I was wondering what he was going to do, but I didn't ask...I just watched!

He started coloring the pumpkin part with the orange marker...

Then used the green marker for the stem & the vine.

{I was impressed!}

Then he put the stamp on his paper, then huffed :).

Added the black face, used the punch and this is what he made:

I asked him:

"Where did you learn how to do that??"

He said:

"I learned it at the last stamp week...Are you thinking what I'm thinking??"

I told him that I was thinking that he was so cute!! :)

Here are two video clips. I'm not so good with this, so it is in two parts!

Part 1 of 2

{Jabin is in his Spider~Man costume and Evan has the Blue Thomas shirt on.}

Part 2 of 2

I hope they work fo you! Enjoy!!

And Happy Stampin'!!
